The proposed project includes the replacement and rehabilitation of approximately 4,355 l.f. of existing gravity sewer, CIPP of 122 l.f. of existing gravity sewer, installation of approximately 280 l.f. of new gravity sewer, and the abandonment of approximately 1,070 l.f. of existing gravity sewer. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of 12 manholes, the installation of 8 new manholes, and the demolition of 2 existing manholes. The construction shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and shall produce a complete and working system upon completion. All project related questions are to be submitted in writing to ben@lkcengineering.com. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract: Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Section 109 and E.O. 11246 which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Davis Bacon Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
