The Scope of Work includes milling, pavement repair and placement of asphalt leveling and final course overlays to various streets within University City, MO as required in specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. The contractor agrees to include a similar provision to the above in all sub-contracts let or awarded under this contract.
