Question Deadline: Thu Apr 20, 2023 2:00:00 PM (PDT) The City of Campbell River is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals to provide curbside collection of garbage, recyclables and organics. The Citys preferred method of collection would be at the following service level: Automated cart collection services with weekly organics collection and bi-weekly garbage and recyclables collection. If the above service level is deemed not feasible due to budgetary or operational constraints the City would then consider the following optional service levels: No-cart collection services with weekly garbage, recyclables, and organics collection. No-cart collection services with weekly organics collection and bi-weekly garbage and recyclables collection. It is the Citys intention to enter into a long-term contract to which the Contractor will provide the services as selected by the City.
