Contract No: VA259-16-D-0217 Project No: 635-18-109 SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of this work entails improvement to the domestic hot water VA Legionella Directive and Latency deficiencies at the Oklahoma VA Medical Facility. Work will follow all Oklahoma VA Infection Control requirements. Coordinate and schedule all water and necessary utility shutoffs with COR. Demolition: All interior partitions, ceilings, flooring including all terrazzo bases necessary to access relevant scope content. See plumbing narrative and drawings for extent of plumbing and possible medical gases demolition Electrical elements as listed in the drawings (wiring, panels, transformers, switch panels, lighting, outlets, etc.) Mechanical units and ductwork necessary to facilitate the domestic water distribution service in its new function, see mechanical narrative and drawings for extent of mechanical demo Architectural: Layout will be as shown on the drawings to provide the construction and correction of corresponding domestic water distribution in accordance with construction documents. Construction including replacement and repair of all metal framing, insulation, drywall, hollow metal frames, acoustical suspended ceilings, custom casework, fire extinguisher cabinet, signage and related toilet and room or adjacent area accessories affected by work or damage by Contractor. Interiors: Finishes include painting, and full replacement or repair to plastic laminate casework, wall protection, rubber base, solid surface, vinyl composition tile, welded sheet flooring, luxury vinyl tile and porcelain tile affected by work or damage by Contractor. FF&E: Furnishings and Equipment included in the construction documents is based on VA standards. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
