The Contractor shall provide comprehensive design/build services to modernize the HVAC system and controls serving the Surgery Department on the VA Palo Alto main campus. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220, Commercial & Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45 million. Bid bonds, payment bonds, and performance bonds shall be required under this solicitation and any resultant contract. A site visit will be scheduled after Phase One of the solicitation has been completed.
