For the following: BID # 2023-039 Nautilus Park Water and Sewer Project for the Township of Stafford General Description of the Project: The project consists of the following: Furnishing and installing 305 linear feet of 8-inch sewer line, three (3) manholes, one (1) sewer lateral and one (1) water service, trench restoration, paving and surface restoration. Payment must be received prior to obtaining said specifications either by mail or in person. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford, Purchasing Department, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor Room 276, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050. BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. BID MUST BE ADDRESSED AND DELIVERED TO: Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Bids will not be accepted after 2PM prevailing time on April 18, 2023. BID SECURITY: Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21.
