Cooperative Bid for General A/C, Ventilation & Refrigeration Repairs & Services This is a Cooperative bid. Participating school districts are as follows: Baldwin UFSD, Bellmore UFSD, Bellmore-Merrick CHSD, Bethpage UFSD, Carle Place UFSD, East Rockaway UFSD, East Williston UFSD, Floral Park- Bellerose UFSD, Freeport UFSD, Garden City UFSD, Glen Cove CSD, Great Neck UFSD, Hempstead UFSD, Herricks UFSD, Hewlett-Woodmere UFSD, Hicksville UFSD, Island Trees UFSD, Jericho UFSD, Levittown UFSD, Locust Valley CSD, Long Beach CSD, Lynbrook UFSD, Manhasset UFSD, Massapequa UFSD, Merrick UFSD, Mineola UFSD, New Hyde Park-GCP, North Bellmore UFSD, North Merrick UFSD, North Shore CSD, Plainedge UFSD, Plainview/Old Bethpage CSD, Port Washington UFSD, Rockville Center UFSD, Roosevelt UFSD, Seaford UFSD, Syosset CSD, Valley Stream UFSD #24, Valley Stream UFSD #30, Wantagh UFSD, West Hempstead UFSD. Bids for the term of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 will be received until the above-stated hour of prevailing time and date at the Business Office of North Shore Central School District located at 112 Franklin Ave , Sea Cliff, NY 11579. All questions regarding this cooperative bid shall be submitted in writing and faxed to the attention of John A. Hall at 516-277-7833. Bids must be presented on the standard proposal form in the manner designated and as required by the specifications. All bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes which are clearly marked on the outside: "North Shore Central School District Cooperative Bid for General A/C, Ventilation & Refrigeration Repairs & Service" Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. Each board of education reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in the Boards of Education's judgment, is in the best interest of the School District. The Boards of Education further reserve the right to consider experience, service and reputation in the above referenced fields. In addition, the Boards of Education reserve the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications, set forth in the bid specifications, of the prospective bidder in evaluation of the bids and award of contracts
