The work to be performed under this contract includes the milling and resurfacing, spot curb, sidewalk and driveway replacement, ADA curb ramp upgrades, installation of curb pieces and bicycle safe grates, drainage improvements and other incidentals on various roads within the Township as outlined in the Contract Documents. The work associated with the Mahwah Board of Education (Alt. Bid A) is not to begin prior to June 26, 2023 and must be completed prior to August 25, 2023. Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement compliance form The work associated with the Mahwah Board of Education (Alt.
