Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Ringwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; residential development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and residential development.
**As of April 21, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 25th, 2023.** The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond upon award of the Contract in the penal sum of the full amount of the Contract Price as described in the bid package. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the bids without the consent of the Owner. The Board of Trustees of the McHenry County Conservation District reserves the right to accept any part, or all of any bids, and to reject any and all or parts of any and all bids. Any proposal which contains items not specified or which does not complete all the items scheduled for bid, shall be considered informal and shall/may be rejected on this basis.
