The City of Grapevine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Waterworks Products including no-lead brass, cast iron (Domestic Only), pipe fittings, water clamps, fire hydrant parts, sewer adaptors, sewer fittings, various size valves and pipe to be ordered on an as needed basis by various City departments. This contract shall be for a fixed price and shall be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for nine additional one-year periods. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The intent is to award to one vendor as an annual contract but may be awarded to multiple vendors if deemed in the best interest of the City. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in May 2023. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2023, through the eBid system. No Pre-Bid meeting is required.
