For the following: BID # 2023-045 NAUTILUS PARK RESTROOM FACILITIES FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF STAFFORD GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The project consists of the following: Furnish and install a prefabricated restroom building, twenty (20) foot by twenty six (26) foot by twelve (12) foot high complete in place including grading, foundation, sewer and water and electric utility connections, sidewalks and surface restoration. OBTAINING CONTRACT The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford, Purchasing Department, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor Room 276, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050. BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. BID SECURITY: Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
