Description 1. Site Work: a. Remove raised median from N. Austin Boulevard to N. Mason Avenue, which requires relocation of light pole and light standard. b. Remove, relocate, and reinstall utilities, including catch basins, as required for proposed sidewalk, bus stop, parking layout, pedestrian ramps, and roadway work. c. Provide new and/or modify Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps with detectable warnings. d. Replace concrete entrance stairs and install ADA compliant handrails. e. Adjust traffic and light poles, signals, pavement markers and crosswalk signs to match proposed work. f. Provide accessible parking space with markings per City of Chicago ADA Standards. g. Provide landscaping per City of Chicago Landscape Ordinance. h. Provide bus stop with 5 x 8 flat accessibility zone.
