Site work for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Call-in number is (832) 680-2579 and the Conference ID is 303 812 029# for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Re-Use Water Storage System and Supply System for Cinco MUD No. 1, Fort Bend County, Texas." Furnish and install an effluent disk filter including maintenance platform and concrete foundation; Furnish and install attendant upstream and downstream piping, drainage sumps and submersible pumps required to support the disk filter system and integrate into the existing WWTP facilities; Furnish and install a reuse water pump station including booster pumps, concrete foundation and all associated piping; Furnish and install a sodium hypochlorite addition system including all storage tanks, chemical feed building and associated items; Furnish and install two (2) welded steel ground storage tanks with foundations; Furnish and install a reuse distribution line and supplemental water supply line from nearby Fry Road to project site; Furnish and install all associated electrical, mechanical and instrumentation components, power supply, elevated MCC; Furnish and install proposed all-weather access roads, fencing, expansion of on-site mitigation swale and miscellaneous site improvements. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through website. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The contractor is to furnish and install the following items related to providing a reuse system for Cinco MUD No. 1: 1. Proposed effluent disk filter complete with maintenance platform and cover complete with proposed reinforced concrete foundation for the proposed effluent disk filter and proposed drainage sump with submersible pump. Complete in Place. 2. Proposed attendant upstream piping from existing clarifier to proposed effluent disk filter and proposed attendant downstream piping from proposed effluent disk filter to proposed ground storage tanks; and proposed attendant reject discharge piping from proposed effluent disk filter to the existing scum line. Complete in Place. 3. Proposed reinforced concrete foundation for reuse water pump station and furnish and install proposed reuse booster pumps and all proposed attendant piping from proposed ground storage tanks to proposed reuse pump station and downstream of proposed reuse pump station to Fry Road; including proposed flow meter. Complete in Place. 4. Proposed sodium hypochlorite addition system including proposed attendant foundation, proposed storage tank, proposed chemical feed building with appurtenances, proposed chemical feed systems, and proposed canopy. Complete in Place. 5. Proposed ground storage tanks complete with foundations and appurtenances. Complete in Place. 6. Proposed 8"o supplemental water supply line from existing potable water line to proposed ground storage tanks complete with proposed pressure sustaining valves. Complete in Place. 7. Proposed electrical power supply and proposed MCC on top of proposed attendant MCC rack. Complete in Place. 8. Proposed all-weather access roads with proposed associated fences and gates, expansion of existing mitigation swale, proposed attendant site work as required; and miscellaneous mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation work. Complete in Place. 9. Proposed intermittent bypass pumping as may be required during various stages of the work. Complete in Place Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.CivcastUSA.com system for such information to Engineer not less than seventy two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening.
