Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lancaster, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Contractor will provide Heating Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) addition services for the residents assigned to the Lancaster California Veterans Home. Deadline for Questions Date: April 12, 2023 Project comprises labor and services necessary for: - Provide new split system for storage, conference, and workrooms. - Remove from site all debris, rubbish and other materials resulting from demolition operation and legally dispose of off site. - The Contractor is responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting all mechanical, plumbing, electrical and data piping, wiring, ductwork, etc. Which is required in order to complete the work. Restore all systems to working condition to match that which existed prior to the start of the work. - Coordinate all system shutdown with CalVet project manager. There will be restrictions on when and the duration of shutdown. Provide temporary piping, ductwork and electrical service to maintain mechanical systems in operation except for approved shutdowns. Shutdown shall meet requirements of 2019 CBC, CFC, CEC, CMC, and NFPA 72. - Patch and paint walls affected in work area. Contractor provide wall finish to match existing adjacent wall area. Paint to natural break point. Field verify exact color during bid walk and prior to start of work.
