The Project Involves Replacement of the City's Existing Well No. 1 and Includes New Well, Flowing Well Pitless Unit, Pump and Appurtenances; New Cmu Block Building Including Treatment System, Piping System, HVAC System, Plumbing, Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation; Site Piping, Fencing, Grading and Demolition; and Existing Well No. 1 and Well No. 2 Closures The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Informalities or Irregularities, and to Determine the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder, and to Award One or Both Sections on That Basis.
