Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Desilt of detention pond bottom and pilot channels with offsite disposal of most spoils (approx. 600 CY) Repair of detention pond bottom washout with select fill clay material (approx. 100 CY) 0.5 AC of dry application seeding on disturbed areas 1.0 AC of broadcast seeding and fertilization on pond bottom Cleaning and Televising of approx. 300 LF of 42" CMP storm outfall Storm Water Pollution Control Restoration of the site There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The deadline to ask questions is 4/14/2023 12:00 AM CST
