Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: 1. This is an accessibility barrier removal project with the sole intent to fix barriers identified at two existing public men s toilet rooms, #204 and #208. Scope of work includes remodeling the two toilet rooms into two single user unisex restrooms. This project is to address the lack of accessible maneuvering clearance. Deadline for Responses to Questions Date: April 12, 2023 All bids shall be accompanied by the following forms of bidder s security: Bidder s Bond, cashier s check, certified check or cash.Bid Security shall be a minimum of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
