Construction of a new building housing 43 one-bedroom housing units on several floors, with community areas and an elevator. This project is intended for customers with special needs. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The owner has submitted a new restructured funding request to the Société d'habitation du Québec (SHQ) in order to be able to launch calls for tenders. Tender for the general contractor is not anticipated before fall/winter 2026.
