Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility.
Reference number : 1708674 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Object of the contract The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for window replacement work in the dining room at Résidence Saint-Eugène located at 3500, rue Beaubien Est in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough . The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the replacement of the windows in the dining room and a window in the dishwashing room of the commercial kitchen, including patching of openings, walls and painting of surrounding surfaces affected. The work will be carried out in a six (6) storey tower including 163 apartments intended for the elderly. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. Works duration According to the current plan, it is expected that the work will begin as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 90 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. This period includes the manufacturing time for the windows (+/- 70 days) and the duration of the work (+/- 20 days).
