Submission sent electronically accepted: No Tenders are requested for the execution of all repair work on the sewer and water supply systems, roads and lighting for rue des Saules and part of rue du Parc and rue des Cedres, as well as for the work miscellaneous in Parc de la Seigneurie, as part of phase 1 of the repair of the tree sector. To be valid, the tender must be presented on the tender documents provided by the City and must be accompanied by appendix IV "Declaration of the tenderer" of the contract management regulations duly completed and signed. The tender must also be accompanied by a tender guarantee for an amount equal to 10% of the total value of the tender, taxes included, payable to the City of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. This guarantee must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders. In addition, the tender must be accompanied by a letter of undertaking relating to the issuance of a performance bond and a bond for the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services, issued by an insurer holding the right to carry on insurance activities in Quebec and registered in the register of insurers of the Autorite des marches financiers (AMF), each for an amount equivalent to 50% of the total value of the tender, taxes included, in favor of the town of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. Only tenders presented on the forms provided by the City and distributed by the SEAO will be accepted. No submission received after the deadline will be accepted. The deadline to file a complaint is April 12, 2023 and the deadline to respond is April 21, 2023 . The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
