The City of Cupertino invites Statement of Qualification (SOQ) submittals from qualified consultants to provide landscape architectural consulting services for publicly bid and built projects. The City is seeking to secure high quality firms to be included on a pre-qualified list of firms to provide landscape architectural services. The Consultant scope of services may include, but is not limited to, master planning, feasibility studies, conceptual and/or schematic design, design development and construction documents, cost estimation for budget programming through final design, construction administration and program or project community workshops and/or surveys. Projects that may require Landscape Architectural services may include, but are not limited to parks, trails, paths, dog parks, athletic fields, skate parks, playgrounds (including all-inclusive), plazas, community gardens and other recreational facilities as well as other City-owned areas such as streetscapes. The City intends to review SOQs received and produce a list of firms that are deemed prequalified to provide any or all of the services. The listed firms will be considered pre-qualified to provide services for approximately three years. The City may use the list to select firms on a per project basis or for entering into a master agreement for various projects. The City reserves the right to reject any or all consultants. The City reserves the right to issue a master services agreement with one or more qualified firms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
