Renovation of an educational facility in Woodstock, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Located in Woodstock ON, the scope of work at Oliver Stephens Public School entails the replacement of flooring within the gymnasium and accessory/adjoining spaces, office spaces: 214, 215, 216 & 217, and in the Learning Commons. These spaces will also see the replacement of acoustic tile ceilings (if present) and new LED lighting. Within Resource Room 301, millwork complete with a sink will be added. Flooring consists of new sports flooring in the gymnasium, luxury vinyl tile, vinyl composite tile and carpet tile. The stairs within the Learning Commons and at the gymnasium stage will receive new finish, complete with contrasting coloured nosings and tactile indicators at the top. The gymnasium will also see the replacement of the basketball nets, and the divider wall will be replaced with a curtain wall. Refer to drawings and specifications for further information and mechanical and electrical modifications to suit. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
