The Pflugerville Independent School District ("PfISD" or "District") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the replacement of Dessau Elementary School HVAC & Control System Replacement & Dessau Middle School HVAC Replacement, pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. This project comes with an estimated budget of: $3,200,000. Firms should be fully licensed to complete all work required. Copies of all applicable licenses should be provided with your response. This Project shall include a liquidated damages provision providing for liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the Work is substantially complete. For this Project, the liquidated damages shall be stipulated as $250.00 per project, per day. The district intends to obtain final completion by August 1, 2024. Contract Begins (Anticipated) April 21, 2023. The district intends to award a single contract to complete this project, but retains the right to award in any manner deemed to provide best value for the district
