which consists of pavementre surfacing using a 2-layer system of Asphalt Rubber Hot Mix (ARHM) over an Asphalt Rubber Aggregate Membrane (ARAM), public access and notice, mobilization, existing utility & roadway facilities, traffic control & construction signing, Senate Bill 1 (SB1) signs, water pollution control, removal and disposal of existing culvert, 18" reinforced concrete pipe, single pipe straight headwall, & retaining wall installation, class 2 rip rap apron, roadway preparation, cold milling & AC taper with key, AC base repair, AC miscellaneous paving, AC dike repair & seal coat, pavement delineation & striping, survey monument frame adjustment & appurtenant work. The estimated cost of construction is $2,500,000. Bidders must have a Class A California Contractors license. Upon award, the Contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. COMPLETION TIME IS 45 WORKING DAYS. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE CLASSIFICATION REQUIRED IS CLASS A. LIABILITY INSURANCE CLASS REQUIRED PER SECTION 7-4 IS L-B.
