As of November 21, 2023, construction has been completed. Construction took place roughly between August and October, 2023. NOTE: The Supervisors of Warrington Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Warrington Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Warrington Township Board of Supervisors in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) days calendar days. Warrington Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
