The Office municipal d'habitation Kativik (OMHK), is a legal person constituted by letters patent and which was constituted under article 57 of the Act respecting the Societe d'Habitation du Quebec , issues this document of call for tenders to acquire maintenance supplies and materials for the maintenance of housing and buildings in the northern villages of the Nunavik territory in Quebec. Mandatory guidelines: The tenderer is hereby informed that all supplies and materials tendered in this call for tenders are "FOB" mode and must be delivered to the Stage Point and Delivery Location , where the KMHB will take possession of the materials. It is therefore understood that the prices proposed by the tenderer for supplies and materials must include the cost of packaging for ground transportation as well as insurance up to the point of the said stage. It is further understood that the supplier who is awarded the contract or purchase orders with respect to this call for tenders will remain responsible for the said materials until they have been received, inspected and accepted at Waypoint and Place of delivery by the KMHB or its delegate. It is also understood and agreed that the supplier to whom is awarded the contract or the purchase orders with regard to this call for tenders has the obligation to keep available, for inspection by the representative of the KMHB, the supplies and materials to be shipped.
