Renovation of a municipal facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The renovation of the Health Department main building. Renovations will consist of full gut of mens and womens restrooms and shower facilities; with new fixtures and finishes and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Printed copies are available from the Architect for a non-refundable fee, and arrangements can be made to obtain documents through most reprographic firms and/or plan rooms. All plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. The Architect and Owner are not responsible for communication of Addendum or other related project information for persons and/or businesses who have not registered with the Architect.
