A firm construction timeline has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Avon, CT invites sealed proposals from qualified roadway design consultants to prepare designs, specifications, permitting and related documents and services to comply with Town and ConnDOT LOTCIP requirements for the bidding and construction of the second phase of the Old Farms Road Reconstruction Project. The Town of Avon reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the contract to the lowest proposal that meets the criteria set forth in the RFP and is in the best interests of the Town. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
