The scope of work for the proposed construction of the Sorters Road from 300 feet North of North Bentwood Channel to 1,000 Feet South of North Park Drive consists of the items shown on the construction drawings and attached specifications, generally described as follows: The project is located Northwest of Porter extending from the Bentwood Channel towards the south. The proposed project provides for the grading, treated subgrade, concrete pavement, bridge, drainage, detention pond, access road, and signing and pavement markings. The above description of the scope of work is general in nature and is only intended to provide an overview of the project. The complete detailed scope of work and bid items are contained in the plans and specifications. This project shall be constructed under the Montgomery County General Conditions with (2) Special Provisions and the 2014 Texas Department of Transportation Technical Specifications. The base bid is to build the project as shown in the plans.
