GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 8,787 SY Concrete removal and replacement with 7" concrete pavement HES 7,345 SY Concrete removal and replacement with 9" concrete pavement HES 2, 459 CY Flex Base 11,066 SY Geogrid Invitations with links to the web conferencing application will be distributed directly to those who have submitted an Expression of Interest. If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed below. Emailed questions will suffice as "questions in writing." If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders. CITY'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. AWARD City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. FUNDING Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from bonds, grants, etc. and reserved by the City for the Project.
