In the Event Wharton County Rejects the Proposed Surety Company, the Bidder Will Be Afforded Five Additional Days to Submit the Required Bonds Issued by a Surety Company Acceptable to Wharton County. All bidders must submit, WITH BID, a cashiers check or certified check for 5% .a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100% It is the intent of Wharton County to contract for only materials, equipment, tools, services, labor and supervision necessary to construct bridge on CR 360 Draw specified herein.
