In pursuit of this mission, the PRINCIPAL operates a public transport company; B) The Mandator is a legal person governed by public law, constituted by the Charter of the City of Quebec, national capital of Quebec, governed by the Cities and Towns Act; C) The PRINCIPAL wishes to launch a Call for Tenders relating to civil works, freestanding bus shelter services and services for the installation, removal and relocation of bus shelters on the network; D) Within the framework of the Call for Tenders, the PRINCIPAL acts both personally and as an agent of the Participating Organisations; E) As soon as the CONTRACT(S) are awarded by the PRINCIPAL, each Participating Organization becomes responsible for the payment of its own purchases directly from the CONTRACTING PARTY, the PRINCIPAL not being responsible for the goods, works or services acquired by the Participating Organizations from the CONTRACTING PARTY. F) A representative of the PRINCIPAL will be responsible for coordinating the work with the CONTRACTING PARTY for the needs of the Participating Organizations. A representative could also be appointed at the City to coordinate the City's work. For these reasons, the PRINCIPAL requires the services of a contractor specialized in the field of civil engineering in order to carry out civil works (construction of concrete slabs for bus shelters, excavation, backfilling, development and all other tasks) throughout the agglomeration of the City of Quebec. The PRINCIPAL also requires the services of a contractor to perform installation, removal and relocation of freestanding bus shelters). Finally, the PRINCIPAL requires the services of a contractor to perform bus shelter installation, removal and relocation tasks.
