Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hillsboro, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of May 09, 2023, project was awarded to Spencer Contracting Co, awarded amount is $188,151.87.** Work shall be in accordance with the provided Specifications, Job Special Provisions, and Plans. Where not specifically covered by the Specifications, or Job Special Provisions or Plans, the Contractor shall adhere to the currently effective 2022 Edition of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, and the currently effective MoDOT Standard Plans for Highway Construction.” The contractor shall complete the project by October 31st, 2023. The proposed work includes: a 2" overlay with sub-grade repairs at Village of Jefferson, in addition to modified milling at intersecting streets and butt joints. A cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. A certificate of insurance shall be submitted with each proposal. Missouri reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to award the contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder
