Location- 2002 San Bernardo Avenue Laredo, Texas, 78040 The Project consists of the alteration of Interior partitions, interior finishes, toilet fixtures, HVAC, Lighting Power, and kitchen equipment.. PURPOSE: The Laredo Independent School District - LISD (herein after referred to as District) is soliciting Requests for Competitive Sealed Proposals (hereafter referred to as an "RFCSP") from qualified contractors to renovate the existing staff restrooms in the office area, and construction of new demonstration male and female restrooms to be used for training purposes and other work indicated in the contract documents. The contractor shall clearly mark construction site for safety and utilize existing fencing to keep site secure. Additionally, the contractor will observe all CDCguidelines and precautions regarding the Covid 19 pandemic, if applicable.
