Renovation of a municipal facility in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* No bids received. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, recladding of an approximately 730 m2 one-storey building in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. The building is currently metal clad with corrugated metal cladding and a band of masonry at grade. The scope includes the removal of the masonry band, removal of the existing metal cladding and insulations and removal of the existing windows and doors. Repair / replace the membrane at selected existing window and door locations. The scope includes new thermal clips and insulation with new corrugated metal cladding, flashings and the reinstallation of existing windows and doors. The masonry band is replaced with metal cladding and new concrete faced insulation is installed at grade. Estimated value: $150,000 - $300,000 This project is to be completed by September 15, 2023
