Only are eligible to submit a bid: - Companies having purchased the tender documents through the public electronic tendering system "SEAO"; - Companies and their directors who, during the five years preceding the date of opening of tenders, must not have been found guilty of an offense under the Federal Competition Act (LR, 1985, c. C-34 ) in connection with a public tender or a contract entered into with a public authority in Canada, or if they have been convicted, have obtained a pardon for that offence. For paper tenders, only those received in a sealed envelope and clearly identified will be considered (company name, call for tenders number, closing date and time). The National Assembly reserves the right, when analyzing the tenders, to refuse all the tenders presented.
