A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Work Consists of Furnishing All Labor, Material and Equipment for the Furnishing and Installation of a Floating Dock and Gangway System Adjacent to the North Side of City Pier in Fall River. Work Includes Furnishing and Installing Floating Dock System at Specified Location, Furnishing and Installing an 80-foot Aluminum Gangway and Related Appurtenances, Furnishing and Installing One (1) Timber Pile, Landside Site Work Including Reinforced Concrete Pad, Steel Fence, Gate, and Site Preparation as Required. All Work Except Landside Improvements Shall Be Completed From the Water. Pile Driving, Dock Installation and Gangway Installation Will Not Be Permitted From City Pier. All Work Shall Be in Accordance With Project Permits Issued by the Fall River Conservation Commission, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers. the Bid Includes Options for Timber Framed Floating Dock System and Aluminum Framed Floating Dock System.
