Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract will consist of the supplying of all materials, labor, supervision, construction plant, equipment, etc., necessary for the completion of the work that consists of: - Supply and installation of new 450 mm, 250 mm, 200 mm and 150 mm dia. storm sewer/leads along Promenade du Parc with accompanying catch basins, manholes, culverts and ditches; - Full road reconstruction of Promenade du Parc approximately 410 m long; - Installation of new curb and gutter along Promenade du Parc. - Installation of new multi-purpose trail parallel to Promenade du Parc approximately 260 m long; - Reinstatement of existing surface features affected by the works including driveways, topsoil and hydroseed. and other related work all as shown on the drawings and as described in these specifications.
