Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Shannon Brower, via email at Shannon.brower@cincinnati-oh.gov Demolition - This work includes demolition of existing streets, curbs, walks, guardrail, and other items in order to remove existing site items that conflict with the proposed improvements. Site Preparation - This work includes clearing, grubbing, and grading that are required to construct the proposed improvements. Stormwater Sewers - This work includes the construction of new street inlets and connecting them to existing sewer lines. In addition, this work requires adjusting existing manholes and inlets to proposed grades, sewer lines, pipes, and manholes. Curbs - This work includes installing new concrete curbs. Walks and Curb Ramps - This work includes the construction of new 5 thick concrete walks and curb ramps. Guardrail - This work includes installing new guardrail as identified in the plans.
