Work generally includes removals, playground equipment installation, and poured-in-place rubber surfacing installation, fence installation, concrete paving, site furniture, landscape plantings, drainage and restoration work. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record as Addenda to the appropriate attachment and will become part of the agreement. Questions will not be responded to by oral clarification. Failure to request clarification will not waive bidder's responsibility to comprehend the plans and specifications and perform the work in accordance with the intent of the plans and specifications submitted in writing to Upland Design Ltd. via email to info@uplandDesign.com and mblood@uplandDesign.com. This work shall consist of the complete removal of all items called for in the plans and specifications or as otherwise implied in a safe and orderly manner creating as little disturbance as possible. B. All areas indicated for construction of any kind shall be cleared of any debris, undergrowth, weeds, stumps, roots, and marked trees which might interfere with the progress of that work. Unmarked trees or any plant material indicated to be saved by the Owner or Owner's Representative shall be given special protection as specified.
