The City of Somersworth, New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace the metal roof on the Department of Public Works & Utilities building at 18 Lilac Lane. RFB questions due: April 20, 2023 RFB responses due: April 27, 2023 Bid awarded, contract signed, and notice to proceed issued: May 2023 Substantial completion: July 15, 2023 Final completion: August 1, 2023 Schedule Note: The City is willing to negotiate an alternative timeframe with the selected contractor if there are material ordering lead times that will prevent meeting the proposed substantial and final completion dates. Contractors are encouraged to submit an alternative schedule if they can not meet the proposed schedule above.
