Renovation of a municipal facility in Halls, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. The goal of this project is a comprehensive renovation of the Davis and Boswell buildings and will impact approximately 145,000 SF. The scope of work includes both exterior and interior renovations. Exterior renovation include building envelope systems, masonry restoration, roofing, windows, doors, and waterproofing. Upgrades to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, fire alarms security systems, and repair interior finishes and related work, existing fume hoods replaced and exhaust systems repaired or replaced. Significant site investigation, analysis of existing systems and development of strategies for sequencing/phasing the work will be required.
