PS 361 (M) - 610 E 12th St., New York, NY 10009 PS 184 (M) - 327 Cherry St., New York, NY 10029 PS 140 (M) - 123 Ridge St., New York, NY 10035 The Contractor acknowledges that this project is governed by, and agrees to be bound by: Value $500,001 - $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Performance Period: 330 Continuous Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth. A Bid Bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form Pursuant to the SCAs authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted.
