Reference number: 1709205 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-11 4.2 Site characteristics 4.2.1 The site must be covered with a concrete pad on about 6 inches thick and 15m width by 30m length with a slope of about 1% to allow good drainage. The concrete pad should be placed about 10 m from the road. 4.2.2 Underneath and around the concrete pad, the ground must be flattened, compacted if necessary, and covered with granular material (MG20) of at least 300 mm thick. The sides must be built in a gentle slope to allow good drainage. The total granular material area should have at least 18 m by 33 m. 4.2.3 On the side of the road, an entrance of 8 m should be built in granular material from the road up to the concrete pad in a gentle slope to allow heavy machinery to drive on it. 4.2.4 The orientation of the site and precise location of the site should be decided with the municipality in spring. 4.2.5 The municipality will install a fence around the site and a 7 m barrier for the entrance once the construction is finished.
