The Planning and Development Services Department Housing Division is accepting bids for the Grass Cutting and Lot Maintenance project. Questions about this bid should be directed to A.J. Basile, Housing Rehabilitation Specialist at 252.329.4510 or abasile@greenvillenc.gov. All lots shall be mowed. The lots shall be raked as needed so no piles of cut or dead grass is on the lots. All lots shall be mowed every two (2) weeks starting May 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 with the following exceptions: See Attached Map The contract period shall run from May 1, 2023 until April 30, 2024, at which time the contract will terminate All questions pertaining to Bid shall be submitted in writing no later than April 6, 2023 at Noon. Questions may be emailed to abasile@greenvillenc.gov or whouse@greenvillenc.gov. The City of Greenville reserves the right to award to the Firm who will best serve the interests of the City. The City further reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, and to award or not award a contract based on this proposal
