Location- 703 US-40 Troy, IL 62294 PROJECT DESCRIPTION - Construction of Life Skills Building including all associated work. Work of this Contract includes coordination of entire work of project, including preparation of general coordination drawings/diagrams/schedules, and control of site utilization; from beginning of activity, through project closeout and warranty periods. Bid Security is required in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of Proposal, made payable unconditionally to the Owner. Security shall be certified check, cashier's check or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Within ten (10) days after notification of award of contract, the successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder using a form similar to the AIA(R) 312 Form, or one acceptable to Owner. The Performance Bond will become a part of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and irregularities in any bid, or to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. The Bidder is a properly licensed Contractor according to the laws and regulations of the State of Illinois and meets qualifications indicated in the Procurement and Contracting Documents. The Contractor and all Sub-Contractors shall comply with the requirements of Sections 39S1 through 39S12, Chapter 48 of the Illinois Revised Statutes (1961) as compiled in 820 ILCS 130/1, et.seq. with reference to prevailing rates of wages. The Contractor and all Sub-Contractors shall pay or cause to be paid not less than the prevailing rates of wages as found by the Owner or Department of Labor or as determined by the Court on Review to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics and shall employ only Illinois laborers on said project Construction Duration May 29, 2023 - Start date, August 4, 2023- End date
