Bid prices shall be firm for 90 days from date of proposal opening to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The City Council reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The scope of work will take place in and around a fully operational Fire Stations. The performance of the proposed work cannot impede on the ability of the Fire Crews to respond to calls. Provisions will need to be made with Fire Crews on a daily basis to keep the Fire Station fully functional at all times.
