The Texas State University System (“Owner”) on behalf of Texas State University (“Component”), are soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“Qualifications”) for selection of a Design/Build firm for the James Street Housing Complex (“Project”), on the University’s campus in San Marcos, Texas. This solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for prospective Design/Build firms to be considered for this work. (Prospective Design/Build firms are hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”). DEADLINE AND LOCATION: The Owner will receive Qualifications at the time and location described below.
