Site work for a water / sewer project in Gresham, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 5, 2023, this project is cancelled. A new modified version is currently active under RFP 23-35. CITY OF GRESHAM DIVISION PUMP STATION SEISMIC UPGRADE The intent of this project is to conduct a ground level seismic evaluation then design and construct a new pump station building that can achieve Immediate Occupancy structural performance and Position Retention nonstructural performance for a M9.0 CSZ earthquake or Life Safety structural performance for the MCE hazard level. The selected Consultant will coordinate with the City’s project manager throughout all phases of the project. The Water Division Engineering Group will maintain an active role in all design and construction aspects of the project. The City’s project manager will facilitate coordination with internal and external project stake holders including the City Planning Dept. and City Water Operations. The City of Gresham's programs, services, employment opportunities, and volunteer positions and contracts are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, handicap, or political affiliation.
