The initial term of the Contract shall beone (1) year. C-TRAN and the selected Contractor may mutually agree to extend the contract prior to theexpiration of the initial term up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. C-TRAN is pursuing the following three (3) contracted services:1. Contractor to perform locating services and update/develop documentation of utilities withinC-TRAN owned properties. A majority, if not all, have existing as-built drawings that just requireutility location verification and documentation updates.2. Contractor will perform locating services to verify and update as-builts for C-TRAN private utilitiesnot within C-TRAN owned properties.3.
